A South African holding company
Built in layers, from the ground up.
Favie Group Holdings spans organic beauty, petroleum, mining, logistics and digital products — five different businesses, one family of ventures, built one on top of the other since the ground floor.
Five ventures, one group — layered from the ground up.
Five layers, one group
Each venture runs on its own — its own team, its own customers, its own name where it needs one. Together they're the whole of what Favie has built.
A cosmetics line, built from scratch.
Favie Organic Blends began as exactly that — organic hair and skin cosmetics, developed and manufactured in-house, not bought in or white-labelled. It's the reason the word "Organic" is still in the group's legal name.
The line isn't selling right now. Building it took real capital, and that capital has gone into growing the group's other ventures over the past few years. It's not gone — it's on the list to bring back once the timing is right, the same way everything else here got built: properly, or not at all.
How the group is structured
Favie Organic Blends (Pty) Ltd is the holding company. Beauty and the group's digital products sit directly under it; petroleum, mining and logistics are run through JohnRas (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary focused on resources and energy.
